Behind the team of about 20 people of artists, designers and technicians, there are 3 main Animals:
Roque Papa - Creative and Technical Director - Animalada 3D animation studio
Formally an Electronic Engineer, Roque’s passion has always been creating animated characters with strong personalities. More than 10 years of 3D professional experience led him to the creation of Animalada. Besides to his artistic and technical skills, Roque brings to the company strong leadership and vision.
He is an extremely funny and professional person, he likes to do what he likes best, and he is doing it.
Emiliano Stefanach - Animation and Technical Director - Animalada 3D animation studio
A pioneer in 3D development in Uruguay, Emiliano has devoted most of his professional career to the production of computer graphics animation. Emiliano brings to Animalada proven experience as entrepreneur and managing director as well as lead animator and supervisor of several areas of the production process.
Emiliano sold his former company in order to co-found Animalada with Roque, his teammate and friend.
Flavio Caiafa - Business Development Director - Animalada 3D animation studio
Flavio holds an MBA from London Business School and graduated as Civil Engineer from the Universidad de la República, in Uruguay. Having worked and lived in Argentina, Costa Rica, Spain, the United Kingdom and Uruguay, he brings to Animalada a broad international experience in management, marketing, deal making, and entrepreneurship. Today, he lives in Montevideo with his wife, and his two kids.
